For Residential & Commercial Properties
Schedules of Condition can be produced for residential and commercial properties.
For residential clients - we are usually asked to provide these when works are being undertaken nearby, often under the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996, where there is a risk of damage to neighbouring properties.
For commercial property - a schedule should be appended to any lease signed, to help restrict the future repairing liability.
In both cases a full written and photographic schedule is produced.
